My time in front of the computer is about as limited as my time at my scrapbook table... but I am not going to let that stop me. I am sure that I am not the only one juggling 42 things with little free time for scrappbooking. This layout is really fast, with lots of photos... I think even I may have time to lift this one:)

We went up Provo canyon a couple weeks ago. It was barely warm enough, but as it starts to warm up, I just cannot wait to get up into the mountains! We ended up only being up there for about an hour. After our little picnic a certain cute boy needed to go potty and the restrooms were not yet open for the season.

   

Quick and Easy

This layout is seriously a blast from the past... you get a gold star if you know what line those little flowers are from.  

Any guesses?

BINGO! It's Sentimental, which dates back to 2005!

The layout isn't quite that old, but still...

Of course I look at this now and there are things I would do differently... such as put the sets of parallel photos right next to each other. BUT, onward and upward... I'll keep that in mind when I use this sketch again!

I am off to find a good graphics tablet today, I think I am going with the large Wacom Intuos4. I cannot wait for someone to hurry up and invent that "transport matter around the globe" thingie... I have no patience and cannot wait for shipping...

I've said it before and I'll say it again, "Patience is no virtue of mine."

Sometimes the pictures just really speak for themselves...

I finished the first layout a few years ago... I was so in love with those photos of Josh and didn't want to make the page about pretty scrapbook supplies, I didn't think they needed it. Even now when I look at them I wish i could go back and kiss his fuzzy little head... he's such a sweet boy. MmmmWaaaah!

The second layout I did a couple of months ago for the same reason. The pictures summed up our day at Coronado Beach and I didn't want to "over do it." The little bits of paper compliment th pictures without taking over the page.

I have been on a grey with aNytHInG kick lately and I did a few pages with this color palette... including, heaven forbid... a one-page layout!

As you can see I am certainly NOT above "recycling" a layout idea. Especially this one...

Ooh, I hear another fuzzy headed boy making noise in his bed after a nap... I'm gonna go kiss him!

Here's a quick and easy one...

I love it when a layout comes together quickly. It's not fancy or technique crazy... but that's not really my thing anyway.  I like good color with the photos as the focus!

The chipboard only comes (or came) in plain chipboard - no colors, but that's cool with me because one of my favorite things to do is paint it with regular acrylic paint, dry, sand the edges then cover it with Glossy Accents. It looks like cool epoxy stickers, in any color you want and nowhere near the cost.
